Sit back and enjoy the carefully selected background music, and relax on the panoramic terrace, with 360-degree views . Sebastien has adapted his culinary vision to the unique environment, and the seasonal menu includes a 4-course lunch of a starter, a fish course, a meat course and dessert. The 6-course dinner menu adds on an appetizer with a cheese platter. Although the experience was developed to share friendly moments in good company, if your curiosity gets the better of you, a guided app is available. Due to NYC regulation only non alcoholic beverages are available onboard.
