Your leisurely-paced 2-hour walking tour which spans the entire 1.45 mile (2.33 kilometer) High Line begins with a walk through the treasured Chelsea Market, located in the heart of the fashionable Meatpacking District. Whilst here your guide will share the story of the former bakery, as well as other neighborhood buildings. The High Line itself is a linear 1.45-mile aerial greenway which rests upon the former historic freight rail line of the New York Central Railroad.
