Starting at the Starbucks Across the street from the Oculus, the world most expensive subway hub, you will learn its symbolism to the World Trade Center Site. Next you'll visit the reconstructed Winter Garden, the $60 million 10 story glass pavilion that was devastated during the attacks of September 11th. The tour continues to the Eleven Tears Memorial, dedicated to the eleven American Express employees lost on that day.
