Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in extended wait times or forfeiture of flight. If your flight does not meet the minimum number of passengers required to fly, we may have to adjust your departure time to combine you with other passengers. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, as well as no-shows, incur 100% of tour charges. The maximum weight is 250lbs, or 113 kg per passenger. The scheduled duration of tours varies based on flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions. All passengers must present a valid government-issued ID for security purposes.
