After you have passed through immigration, retrieved your luggage and are ready to be picked up, you will simply call our dispatcher via a toll free phone number and you will be directed where to go to meet your driver. Please note that that the driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you may be charged a convenience fee for each additional hour of waiting time after your flight has officially landed. The transfer service is provided by professional drivers in quality air-conditioned vehicles, on a private basis, meaning that you won’t be traveling with other passengers.
